The 2016 Skills BC exhibit took place April 13th at Tradex in Abbotsford. This year, our Skills Committee wanted to expand our offering at the event and as such designed a new booth and included a scissor lift station and "ride" to attract students to our station. The efforts seemed very successful as our area was full of interested students throughout the day.
Many of our supplier members gave generously to the campaign and our volunteers, competitors, and judges did an outstanding job representing the Wall & Ceiling Industry to the general public at the event!
We recently attended a webinar on Air Barriers vs Vapour Barriers. Here's a link where you can find the video presentation. www.mytrainingbc.ca/buildingsmart/
