505-JUNK is a Metro Vancouver junk removal and waste management company built to keep construction and Tenant Improvement projects moving. We work alongside general contractors, site supervisors, and wall and ceiling trades to manage debris across single and multi-site projects, offering pay-by-weight and volume-based pricing so contractors only pay for what they actually generate. Every truck in our fleet is equipped with onboard scales, giving project teams accurate weight data and reporting they can rely on for every load.

What sets 505-JUNK apart is our commitment to doing debris removal right, not just fast. We can track diversion metrics on every job, giving contractors clear reporting on what's being recycled, donated, or disposed. This data can supports LEED certification requirements and waste management credits on TI projects. Well versed in after hours scheduling and with a fleet of 12 vehicles operating across the Lower Mainland, we have the capacity to support multiple active job sites at once.  Our flexible pricing models mean we can scale to fit projects of any size, from a single suite renovation to a full multi-site TI rollout.
